Sainko cylinder pressurized single-sided grinding and polishing machine adopts low friction coefficient cylinder controlled by SMC electric proportional valve, which can automatically adjust the processing pressure of products through programs. The motor drive shaft can be selected to drive each working shaft, so that it can ensure uniform friction when processing products. It is an ultra precision grinding machine that can process products on one side by means of the rotation of the grinding plate, the supply of grinding fluid and the product processing pressure. The optional water cooling system of the grinding plate prevents the disc shape from changing due to the temperature change of the grinding plate. It can be used for hard polishing and soft polishing in combination with the resin abrasive disc/various polishing pads produced by our company.
