The machine is equipped with 24 stations and 4 spray guns. Each time, two stations can be processed at the same time, which can realize continuous and efficient processing. When the equipment is polishing, the workpiece can rotate automatically, and the nozzle can move up and down to achieve uniform processing of the workpiece. The processing process can be divided into four stages. The spray pressure, rotation speed, processing times, and spray gun position of each stage can be set according to the different processing requirements of the product, and 100 sets of processing parameters can be saved.
